HELP! Creative Clour Error MSVCP140.dII

I keep getting error message MSVCP140.dII

Despite attempting to unintall, restart compute an reinstall the system error reamins.

If someone could please help this would be really appreciated? 

Error message is exactly as follows: Creative Cloud.exe - System Error 

"The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dII was not found. Reinstallin the program may fix the problem"

That is a Microsoft problem... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
