HELP!! GROS SOUCIS/ APPLI DE BUREAU CREATIVE CLOUD QUI NE FONCTIONNE PLUS.

Bonjour tout le monde.

J'ai un Imac 10.15.7, sous catalina .  Tout fonctionnait bien et... l'aplli de bureau n'a plus fonctionner. J'ai essayer de la reinstaller et ça m'affiche error 702. J'ai tout nettoyé, bien suivi les instructions sur le site d'adobe creative cloud etc.. et meme les solutions avancées, j'ai enlevé les anciennes appli adobe etc... verifier tout et ça ne fonctionne pas... avez vous deja rencontré ce probleme... je ne sais plus quoi faire . HELPP!!! Pouvez vous m'aider?... j'ai en plus des travaux à rendre a des clients... merci si vous avez une solution ou si vous avez rencontré ce probleme.

Error 702 indicates an installation failure and usually occurs on macOS when you don't have the appropriate permission to access a file or directory required for the install. If you have logged in to your account with administrator privileges, but are still unable to install, your disk permissions could be damaged. You need to repair disk permissions before continuing with your install.

Have you tried these steps before? It wasn't fully clear to me when I was reading your post if you have already.
