help me activate my illustrator subscription

Hello!

We've changed payment method and one of subscriptions (illustrator) did not reactivate. What do we do now?..

Sign Out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and then Sign Back in.

Thanks, but we've already tried; We have even reinstalled the CC.

Photoshop works fine, Illustrator - not (

Do you actually have a subscription to Illustrator?

What Adobe programs do youi have installed and which ones are working correctly.

Have you checked your subscription status on the Adobe website?
