Do you actually have a subscription to Illustrator?
What Adobe programs do youi have installed and which ones are working correctly.
Have you checked your subscription status on the Adobe website?

Log-in to your Adobe account below. Click on Plans > Manage Plan
Maybe Illustrator was purchased under another user ID.
