Help me activate my Nook--please?

I have been trying for three days to activate my NookGlowLight3 without success. Chats with Adobe support give new suggestions, i finally got my password accepted, added Adobe Sign, and still cannot get authorized. Last thing was they did not recognize my AdobeVendor ID--which i don't even know.  Very discouraged.  Can anyone help??
