Hi! I want to end my adobe package, because I thought it expired this summer. Now I have one unpaid bill from there, but the programs are blocked on my mac. I don't have access, but this is because I haven't paid. Is it the case that I can just skip paying, so the package is automatically terminated? Can't cancel the subscription on the website, or I don't understand. HELP MEE!

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
inform the agent that you want to cancel.
