Hoping someone out there might have an idea on what process or program I could use . We have our team currently with a celebration paper system to recognize and celebrate their team members for achievements, kindness etc. With Covid 19, - we are trying to go paperless. I want to turn the celebration slips we have into a usable, fillable, submittable document on mobile devices but connected to a whatsapp group for posting or viewing.
