So the issue is that all of the programs I'm using lost their start screens, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, all of them don't have a working home screen since the laterst 2022 update. Tried reinstalling, updating, clearing cache, disabling graphics processors, all of my start screen functions are ticked and it still doesen't want to show up, also updated my graphics drivers and windows is up to date to the latest versions, I'm running this on Windows 11 and an Nvidia RTX 3090 card, any idea on how can I fix this?
For anyone havving this problem, This fixxed the issue for me

reset the cc app:
to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails, try to repair

I spoke too soon when I said this solution worked. It did work for me, and I was able to get the home screen back on Photoshop and Premiere Pro. However, After Effects would crash everytime I opened it - even when I tried run as administrator. When I set the 2 folder names back, I lost the home screens again, but After Effects works. I guess you can't have everything.

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare
p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

I haven't contacted support yet but it might be this simple - all of the home screens on version 22 work perfectly:
This was posted before the releases this week, so perhaps we just have to be patient.

you don't have all the problematic program updates yet?

Yes, I have all of the updates that were released this week. Everything works great in Windows 10. This appears to be a Windows 11 issue only and with any version past 22. For example, Photoshop 23 and Photoshop 24 does not open the open screen upon launching (unless I renmae the CEP and Extension folders - but that crashes After Effects). Photoshop 22, Premiere Pro 22, and After Effects 22 work perfectly but of course the new features will only be in the latest versions.
