How can I buy a licence for Photoshop only? I don't need one month or one year subscription, I want to have a product that I can use as many years as I need. ps I am a student so can I have a discount with such condition? Thank you for answers in advance.

Sorry to disappoint you but Photoshop is no longer available for outright purchase , instead you rent it for as long as you need it. Looking on the brighter side if you were able to buy Photoshop it would cost you $1000 as that was the retail price of the last version to be directly sold to customers. You can get Photoshop for $10 a month now , which is surely better than paying $1000 for it?
