How can I log into an account made with a student email I cannot access anymore? I need to cancel the subscription since I can't verify my account and set up. I can't log into the email, I can't reset password, there is no phone connected to the account.

Hi,
I can see this query was posted 4 years ago so I doubt I'll get a reply. But currently in the same predicament, and Adobe virtual assistant keeps just telling me to sign into it - which I can't because I no longer have access to the student account. What was your solution to this? I hope you see this!

I just went through this issue where I accidentally typed the wrong email address (which turned out to be owned by someone else) when setting up the account so I went here https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and got on the virtual assistant and walked through it until it offered to get a real person online. They canceled the subscription for me and gave me a confirmation #
