I would like to ask how can I cancel my photography plans ( I have two by accident on two different computers) without the need of a remote intervention with my computer (due to very sensitive and private materials)

I repeat again- I do not wish to cancel via chat or phone. Just by email. How Can I do that? Without the remote chat and without the phone. And get a full refund
