How can I download the Adobe Extension Manager cc?

I know how an Extension Manager works. I used to work with Extension Manager for CS5, so I know how to install plugins.

Now I want to download the Extension Manager for Adobe CC. But I can't find it.

I searched all of Adobe CC, but I can't find it.

I use:

Operating system: MacOSMojave.

Hope somebody can help me where to find a link to download a working version of

Sadly, Adobe discontinued the old Extension Manager when they introduced the Creative Cloud Add-ons concept which has never worked well for me BTW.  The other Adobe option is a horrid Command Line tool which can only be classified as garbage.   So I won't use it.

Install add-ons and extensions for Adobe apps

I  obtain my 3rd party extensions directly from the developer's sites, not from Creative Cloud.  I use a free Extension Manager from DMX Zone who makes extensions for Dreamweaver.  But their ExMan  also works with my other add-ons.  Give it a try.  I think you'll find it's better than anything Adobe offers.

The Adobe Extension manager does not work with Adobe CC 2014 and newer since adobe switched from flash based extensions to HTML based extensions.

Your best bet is a third party extension manager as explained by Nancy OShea.

I  used anastasiy's ExMan in 2015 but it has not worked for me since 2017.

Another 3rd party ExMan is this one from Project Seven.  They offer one for Mac and one for Windows.
