How can I start with PS and PS Lr on PC and Creative Cloud

I bought Creative Cloud today and downloaded it to my PC. After installation, a website with various icons appears (see attachm.), but I don't know how to start PS or PS Lr - I don't know what to do with this offer at all.? The downloaded Creativ Cloud keeps disappearing from the download folder and I have to install again with the same result. Thanks for the help.

If you bought the subscription to those programs then you have to download them. It should walk you through the installation.

After installing Creative Cloud Desktop app, click on Apps and Photo icons.  See Screenshot.

Scroll down to Photoshop and Lightroom and hit the Install button.

 

Once your apps are fully installed, you can launch them as you normally do from your Windows Start Menu.

Hi Nancy,

thank you very much for your message. Your screenshot shows something completely different from what I see immediately after installing Creative Cloud (see PrintS_01 in the attachment). After clicking on the Apps icon. on the right side, what is in the attachment "PrintS_02" is displayed. I must be doing something wrong... I have been working on a PC for more than 30 years, I have installed and reinstalled perhaps hundreds of software, but I am still confused here. So maybe I will see the desired result.

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
