How *** do I get in contact w/ someone at Abobe? Their chat doesn't work, they promosed me a call back which never came, their customer service is now hidious. I'm a 10 year adobe customer and I wish there was another option for photoshop CC.
Update, I finally got a call back 2 hours late, was on the phone for over 42 minutes at which time I was told they didn't have the experice to answer my question and told me it would be another 3 to 4 hours for someone with the technical knowledge to call me which will be well after midnight. What a crock!! Abobe employess who monitor this community, what do you have to say? You have no problems taking my money every month. I'm mad ***!!

I don't know what to do. I am at the brink of another breakdown and this is triggering my PTSD. I cannot get hold of a human as they put it as it keeps taking me to faq's and goes around and around in a circles. I am at breaking point.
