How do I install apps on a different drive?

So I have Adode CC on Windows 10. I also have three HDs in my PC one is a Solid state that has my OP on it and the other Hard Disk for storage. The SS is small and very low on room. I want to install all my Adobe products on one of the storage HDs Adobe CC launcher is saved on the SS and so are all my apps. I have tried to change the save location on the CC launcher under preferences but even though it's saved and says that's where it will install to, it doesn't it. It installs to program files every time! Is there any way to fix this? the drive is so full there's no room for new apps, I can't run two apps at the same time and the apps running so slowly its driving me insane

You always have to install the desktop CC app on your main (OS) Drive. But the apps can be installed on any drive.

  1. When you are in the CC app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right. Click on it and choose preferences.
  2. In the preferences window, choose the Creative Cloud option on the right.
  3. Click on Apps
  4. The second section on there is a dropdown under "Install Location", click it and click on CHANGE.
  5. Tell it the location where you would like to install the apps.

Hope that helps.
