how do I link accounts?

I was locked out of my main school account and so I was temporarily using a trial acct, that expired April 16th, but would like to get thosedocuments I created during the trial? possible? 

can I give someone both account emails to determine this ?

Which files are those?  Don't you save work files to your local computer hard drive?
