I have a registered copy of Adobe Creative Suite 6 on my account and the original software from 2013. Can I give it to someone else to use or sell it? Or is the serial # not going to work?

Transfer (selling or giving your software away) https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/transfer-product-license.html
-you may NOT sell or transfer an Education serial number

By the way, if it's the Mac version it won't run on any current Mac.

Yes, for now. Well, maybe not. Older Macs now have problem activating all Adobe apps. I think there is a safe range of systems.

Maybe... if that older Mac has an updated security connection

TLS 1.2 is now required to connect https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html

Also need to follow this simple workaround for Sierra, High Sierra and Mojave.

Nobody wants old newspapers.  And so it goes with old computer software.

Given that CS6 is a decade-old product that won't run on anything newer than Mac Mojave, it's discontinued & unsupported legacy-ware with no future.  I think you'll be lucky to find anyone who wants it for FREE.  Good luck!
