How do I stop my monthly payment

Did you take out an annual-paid-monthly plan, or a monthly plan?

If it is an annual plan, and you are not at the end of a year, you will need to contact Adobe to pay what you promised for the year; there is a generous 50% discount if you cancel early.

If it is a monthly plan you can cancel from your online account. Usually.
