How to buy a new CD version of Photoshop

Hi folks.  I want to buy a CD version of the new Photoshop as I travel a lot and do not have continued internet connections.  Is a CD available rather a monthly Cloud option?  Thanks.

Photoshop Elements is available on disc IF you buy from Amazon Adobe no longer sells programs on disc http://www.adobe.com/products/elements-family.html

Adobe Photoshop elements is not the same as Photoshop. My sister is a graphic designer, she made a snarky remark that  my photoshop element's is not photo shop. No it isn't and I can not do many things. I am slo looking for just photo shop on a disc.

If you want Photoshop, you need to subscribe to Creative Cloud, install it, and use Creative Cloud to download and install Photoshop. Doing anything less would surely lead to more snarky remarks... Don't forget to check the system requirements, it needs a mean beast, especially GPU wise.
