How to buy ACR APIs

Hi, I want to use https://adobedocs.github.io/lightroom-api-docs/#api-presets-presets_post. The question is how can I buy it? Where can I review pricing? 

I am using adobe console, but "Lightroom / Camera Raw API" is disabled and no one in support can explain to me how to proceed.

I think you may have posted on the wrong Adobe forum system.

This forum is for Creative Cloud programs like PS, In design and illustrator.

You might be looking for the Experience league system.
