How to cancel my one product subscription (Muse CC)

I bought Muse CC cause I needed it for a while for my job, but now I haven't used it.

How do I stop paying for it.

How do I cancel.

I have already gone to manage my plans but there is no cancel option. The chat is closed and the numbers for phone contact don't work.

Has anyone been able to cancel their suscription?

So Kanika, you should read more into what I wrote, as I stated that there

is no cancel button. There is no way to cancel the subscription. Do you

know how to read or did you just copy pasted this shitty answer???

Also I should state that since I'm located in Latinamerica, your chat option is closed and the numbers are wrong, they don't work. You should have better support for latinamerica.

When I log-in to my Adobe account at the link below with a browser that accepts cookies and has no script blocking addons,

And click on Manage Plans, I see the following screen with an option to cancel or change plans.

What do you see?

I don't get that screen.

I know how to go to manage my plans and supposedly there should be an

option or the button to cancel or change plans. I do not have that.

NOT AT ALL. As stated in the very first part of this thread.

But I already got a csr thru chat (finally) and was able to cancel my plan.
