I want to cancel my CC plan which renewes in September. I was able to find our that if "Cancel plan" is now available I should contact you through Support forums which I'm doing right now.

I Have tried to cancel this way, I have followed the online options, logedinto my account
clicked on account settings
Then went to Contact support
this takes me through to What can we help with page
I Click on the Account Issues
This takes me to options, Last one being Cancel Membership, which I select
I then get sent to "try one of these articles to solve your issue, I selcthow to cancel my membership
This takes me to Cancel your creative cloudemembership., I select the Creative cloude for team subscription, which gives me a contact us selection option, which I select
I am right back at the start- What can we help you with page
I have tried a number of times & called the very uslessnumber 800 443 8158
I have been trying to sort for weeks now & I have now resorted to cancel my Credit card to stop the payment.
Not good guys, I just want to change the way I subscribe but this is giving me second thoughts, I am going to look at other options

I have never had a problem to get in contact to customer service and I’m not located in the US!!!
Try chat! IT WORKS! Esch time I have a problem I contact Adobe via chat. I get my transcript for free.
