I used the Adobe trial version, and I removed the Photoshop from the spent computer for two of the seven days, and Adobe tried to pay after that. There was no money in the card, so I got a text message on March 11 that the payment was delayed, so I was going to cancel the plan, but I told them to edit the information, but there was no cancellation. Do I have to pay for the first month? I don't want to use Adobe anymore, but please tell me how to cancel my plan. I'm Korean. I can't talk to a counselor.
