How to delete old versions off the Installed Apps list is CC

Explorer ,
Jan 09, 2022 Jan 09, 2022

Illustrator 16.0 and InDesign 8.0 still show in the Installed Apps list of Creative Cloud even though those old versions were deleted off the computer long ago. The "Open" icon is greyed. All other apps that are listed are the current updates only.

Were they just deleted, or properly uninstalled through your OS?

I would try unistalling and reinstalling the CC app.

If you click on the 3 dots for those two, it should give you one option which is to uninstall. Give that a go and it may clear whatever leftover "bits" may still be on your computer due to an improper uninstall. If not, download the Cleaner Tool.
