I made an account with my work email and paid for services myself. Now, my work has created us all accounts and is paying for them yet I am still getting charged. I need to remove my payment info from my account.

This is a user to user community. For some issues it will be necessary to contact Adobe directly. Click the following link and scroll down the page to Individual. Then click “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with Adobe Support.

This is going to be a mess because a personal account and a company account are entirely different things. You can't just switch thr payment type, it's different everything. Might be easiest to make a new Adobe ID and cancel the old. There may be a cancellation fee, but ask Adobe what can be done.

The problem is, I used my work email address because I was going to use it for professional projects. But then after a few months, my company decided to make everyone paid adobe accounts using our work emails. But I am still being charged.
