How to fix error code C191 in Adobe XD

i have windows 10. i come trying install program Adobe XD in my computer. but i do not have very success. i have a error during install what in 99% occurs the error.

I tried to update Windows but the error was not fixed.

I tried to update the application in the microsoft store, but it was not fixed either

I also tried active permissions but it was not fixed.

Solution 3 worked for me. Error code 191 when installing XD on Windows

Solution 3 - Verify that the following directories have read and write access

C:\Windows\temp
C:\Program Files\ WindowsApps
C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Packages
Proceed to install XD from the Creative Cloud desktop app.

The first two solutions did not work for my instance. For solution 3, I had to go through each directory and uncheck the Read Only option.

Event Viewer says this:

Windows cannot install package Microsoft.NET.Native.Framework.1.3 because it has version 1.3.24201.0. A higher version 1.3.24211.0 of this package is already installed.

So I guess a newer version of NET.Native.Framework being installed is preventing Adobe XD CC's installation. This is certainly a great time to be having this issue while trying to roll out CC 2019 to convert Device Licensing to Shared Device Licensing.

@mispro: To fix the Problem install Adobe Photoshop Express from the Microsoft Store. This will also install Microsoft.NET.Native.Framework.1.3_1.3.24211 which is a requirement for Adobe XD

I faced the exact same issue while installing Adobe XD and I tried everything that I could possibly find on the Internet and nothing seemed to work for me. But I finally found the solution after 3 days of trial and erros.

1. Press Window key + R, type appwiz.cpl and press enter button.

You'll see the list of installed programs on your computer.

2. Scroll to Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable installations, you'll have a lot of them ( I had programs from 2005 to 2019) Right click on each one individually and click on MODIFY, then press REPAIR. Repeat this for all the one which have the option.

3. Restart your computer, and install again It'll be installed this time.

NOTE : I tried everything from Adobe help for error 191 and then did this at last to fix my problem.
