How to get Adobe Premiere Pro 2021

Hello, I was a really big fan of Adobe Premiere Pro 2021, for his versatility especialy, it worked on every computer I have, from work, to my tablet pc etc 

But I don't like 2022, when I try to export it freezes on most low spec computers.

I would like to switch back, how can I do that? 

I used to have creative cloud in 2020 I think, but I don't have the serial code, maybe someone on adobe can find it through my billing info ?
At work I was on the company's account so I can't take theirs. And I don't work there anymore.

To be more specific, it freezes when I try to export only, it work fine all the time, but then when I export, it tries to Open Media Encoder and it freezes both Media Encoder & Premiere Pro.

Contact Adobe support and ask for a download link. Adobe has discontinued releasing public download links of app since CC2020 so the only way to get a download link of an older unspported version is via support. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
