Hi,
I have a class due to take their Illustrator ACA exam via certiport.com this Friday.
Here are the Illustrator requirements from certiport:
In the Creative Cloud app the oldest version they can download is 25.4.1 which is not compatible.
I've been to https://prodesigntools.com and there are no links to download version 25, that I can see.
I'd like access to a direct link to version 25 so I can share it with delegates and they can install it on their computers as they are remote.
Any one have a solution please? thanks Ian

May be @ProDesignTools knows a solution?
Did you check with Certiport? As they are setting the requirement, they should provide the solution.
Alternatively you could try to contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

Yes, contact the exam board. If they are setting impossible requirements, it is up to them to sort it out.

Hi Ian, yes – there is a solution...
Follow the instructions given here. You'll be able to access & download a standalone installer for any of the 25.x versions of Illustrator:
https://prodesigntools.com/creative-cloud-2021-direct-download-links.html#packages
Please let us know how you make out.

Thank you for all your responses.
I got in touch with Adobe support through their live chat and they supplied me with links to older versions of the apps - currently downloading them, so I hope they work with the exam software.
Also contacted Certiport, no response yet!
ProDesignTools: when I click on the link you provided it takes me to a page with no links to download. I see the message on the site: “For access to direct downloads, contact Adobe Customer Care.” What are the instructions I need to follow so I can download them? as I will need to share them with my students as I think they would prefer this method.
Thank you

The link above should take you to a section of the article entitled, "Or, You Can Do This Instead..."
That describes what to do if someone wanted to get offline installers themselves, without involving or contacting Adobe Customer Care. You can access whichever installers you need for those releases.
