How to install Premiere 13.0 or 12.0 on Mac OS

Hi,

 I have mini-DV media I need to digitize.  The help on this site for Mac OS is to downgrade to High Sierra and install either Premiere 13.0 or 12.0 for Firewire support.

I am running High Sierra, but I cannot find any version of premiere previous to 14.0.  In creatie cloud, "other version" it only goes back to 14.0

How can i download and install 12 or 13.0?
