How to Manage Large Video Library

So for the past year or two, I've heavily gotten into video. I shoot hundreds of projects a year and as the end of 2019 came, I realized I didn't have a way to find all of my best footage (ratings, tags, etc)

If you asked for my best 5 photos, I could pull them up in seconds with Lightroom. Is there a software (within Adobe or external it does not matter) that will allow me to sort, catalog, and organize my videos?

Obviously Premiere is great for editing but not the best for organizing outside of a singular project. I have tried both Lightroom and Bridge to do this but they are just way too slow - 4K files are not even worth uploading in. Digital Asset Management softwares are usually for teams and are extremely expensive - not worth it on top of the Adobe subscription.

Any reccomendations are appreciated!
