how to manually update creative cloud?

i use macbook pro and imac on catalina.

i checked auto update option both.

but not same version about creative cloud app.

i think it doesnt work auto update.

how to manually update creative cloud app?

I am sorry, Photographystudiogaon, but updates for individual memberships are made available through the Creative Cloud desktop app.  Please use the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html to apply any pending updates.

If you are unable to update, then what error message do you receive when applying the updates. If the updates are not being seen, then are you installing the software on a computer and network that you own and maintain?
