How to move or install Photoshop on HD instead of SSD?

Victor, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/change-install-location.html for information on how to customize the install location for Photoshop CC.  Please be aware that the Creative Cloud desktop app, and any disk space necessary to complete the download and install process, will always be stored on the volume/drive that contains the operating system.

You may want to consider following the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/download-install-new-computer.html and install Photoshop CC on a different computer if disk space is an issue on the current computer.  Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html for guidance on the amount of disk space required to utilize Photoshop CC.

As far as I know, you can't move an existing install... you must remove and do a fresh install to pick a different drive
