There is no such product for the iPad. There are, however, some Adobe apps you could use:

Your Adobe ID is typically your primary email address.   Google has nothing to do with Adobe ID unless you used gmail as your primary email address.  

To change your Adobe ID / primary email address, log-in to your Adobe account at the link below. & click on Profile.

Sorry, I still can't find the SINGLE BUTTON to selecto t start Live chat support for an Adobe App.  Everything points back to this stupid screen with the most elementary problems only that you posted a link for.  Can you be more specific where the button is for Live Chat?
