We have sone CS4 & CS6 licesnces how to use them and how to get instalation setup of this.

You sould have received it at the time of purchase if it's a retail product.

If it's an enterprise console, software to intsall MUST be downloaded from your admin portal. It may be too late for this museum software.

At the purchase time we have recv adobe certificat and key of CS4 & CS6 but how to use them and where we get valide installtion setup of CS6. thease license not acoseate any email id . Only End User ID and Deploy ID mention in adobe certificat. what is the use of thease ID's

Ok, this sounds like an enterprise product, so you need to download from your administrative portal. Have you lost your details on this?

These licences are not asoceate with any administrative portal. not any portal email id register with this.

So ... you need to find out what license plan they belong to. (Bear in mind we are not Adobe; do not post private info, and beware of scam contact pretending to be Adobe).  Really, you need to contact Adobe about the licenses - use your admin portal NOT customer service.
