I accidentally JUST purchased the Windows version and I have a Mac of Acrobat Pro. How can I fix this? The website was so confusing, I didn't notice it. And now, trying to find help...there is no phone numbers for support for me to call. Please help! I hope I didn't just make a $450 mistake!

You can get the Platform Swap done from Windows version to Macintosh or if you want you can get the refund ( if you bought it directly from Adobe ) as well and purchase the product for the correct version. But you need to contact the customer support.
Here is the customer support link Contact Customer Care Click on "Still Need Help". You will get the drop down with all the support options.

Thanks for the links. I have attempted to use that customer support page and see my only option is to chat or post on a forum. This is my forum post, and then I keep getting a message chat is unavailable. Is there a number I can use that you could point me to? Thank you for your assistance.
