I am bumped off my subscription for a week!

My credit card for subscription renewal changed and I got a notice on the 22nd June. I changed the card details the same day and got confirmation that the new details were recorded.

The profile page confirmed this, so I rested. Today when I try to log onto my CC account I cannot... what follows is a chat experience I could well do with out as a customer! Here are snippets...

A simple question in my mind is, can a new customer not login on Monday the 24th June by submitting his credit card details? Will he have to wait for a week too? Then why is an existing customer left to the mercy of a 'Digital River / Adobe system policy and told he will be punished for not helping Adobe recover money when due! He has to cool his heels for  full month after giving card details which are kindly accepted by his account profile!

I thought business was moving towards becoming customer service friendly!
Also the attitude of the service agent was downright rude and did he stonewall beautifully! I much prefer the support given by Microsoft or Apple. I definitely am going to look for an alternative platform!

Quite clearly Adobe has lost its focus on customers... Not what their execs claim though

My account is suspended

I have posted a link to this in another forum with hopes that some staff person might be able to help.  In the meantime, don't give up trying to connect with someone (else) via chat to see if you can get reasonable assistance.
