I am charged 17.99€ / month for Adobe Acropro and I never subscribed to it. I can't even see Adobe Acrobat on my product on my account. How do I stop this and get a refund for something I never agreed to pay ?

I pay even more. 64 euro's monthly. And I never asked for it. I win a program with course on the internet and activated it. No more. I now have to pay more than n300 euros to stop it. How do I stop this?

You must have given your payment card details to someone.

 

Acrobat Pro for mobile might have been purchased from Apple or Google Play store in which case you would need to cancel through the vendor.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
