Premeire pro says Error: ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND (-6) ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND, and photoshop is just a blank screen. I tried all possible things online such as uninstall, sign out, use the cleaner tool etc and nothing is working. My mac is up to date as well as the creative cloud. I recently deleted a bunch of stuff off my mac and im afraid i ruind something. Here is what my photoshop looks like:
