When I click on the "Install" icon, a box pops up, which says "Install" is damaged and can't be opened. You should eject the disc. Adobe has sent me the same link twice and it's happened both times!

I'm editing a book and really need photoshop!!!!!

Hi rashanir91449686,

I have checked with your Adobe ID and found your have Adobe CS 5 registered there, please use the already downloaded file or download a new one from here: Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products

After downloading .7z file , first you need to extract it and only then run the setup, if you'll directly run the setup it will not install.

You can use WIN RAR to extract the 7z file :

MAC : WinRAR download and support: Post-Download

Also see the workflow of How to download, install, and activate Adobe applications

On Windows 10, right-click on your Windows Start menu icon and select More > Run as Administrator.

Legacy Creative Suite software won't run on macOS Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey.  You need modern software that's compatible with newer devices.

Assuming your plan includes Photoshop, make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 21H2, 21H1, 20H2, (LTSB branches are not supported;)
  • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).
