I am unable to see the Photoshop 13.1 and Illustrator 16.2 update

I have started this thread for users who are facing difficulty locating the Photoshop 13.1 and Illustrator 16.2 update. Please begin by going to Help>Deactivate and then close and reopen Photoshop. When you reopen please choose the License this Software option and enter the Adobe ID tied to your subscription. If you are asked for a serial number please contact our support team to verify your subscription status.

Hi again, as if by magic the updater seen the updates and installed them ok this morning, hate it when that happens as i never did anything different since yesterday so don't know what happened to fix it. Just a suggestionto adobe, would it not be better to integrate the update into the actual full install before releasing the updater patches? just a thought

RE: unable to update Photoshop. Followed directions to deactivate, restart, license and choose Adobe CC ID, but still do not have PS 13.1 update available to me. I currently have PS 13.0.4. I am running Mac OS 10.8. Frustrating!

Jeff, after going through the process a 3rd time, I found the update available. Perhaps just overworked servers. Thanks for the help.
