i am unable to uptade photoshop

photoshop veg 21.0 cant update or install it 

 

error code: 305 comes always 

 

before veg 20.0.7 was installed

Intekhab0731, sorry you are facing problems updating Photoshop CC. What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using?  Can you please post a screenshot of the Error 305 that you are encountering?
