So I have a student account and I recently bought the full thing of adobe (I have a receipt and money taken out of my account) but on the website it won't show up that I have that plan and it won't show up on the app either where I need to download indesign. I previously had a trial of indesign so now when I open it up, all it says is that my trial has expired. I waited a good 4 or 5 hours for it to maybe show up and nothing. I also restarted my computer about a good 8 times and I have checked the app itself for updates as well. I really just don't know what to do at this point and my deadline is coming up pretty quick.
