I’m having a problem trying to install applications on my Mac, I have an enterprise license. I go to the Adobe website and I can download any application, but the issue is that when I follow the instructions I try to log in in my corporate account, but I can’t. A pop-up window appears saying “Something went wrong, Please wait as we work to fix this problem, then try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service.”

Note: This is a corporate computer
