i can't install adobe illustrator

hi, I have this problem: when i try to install illustrator in a new mac with my profile (where I have a account where I buy a

Creative Cloud for teams) but I can't make the download because the system ask me a new payment.

How can I manage this problem?

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

if so, what does it say next to ai?  "open", "install" something else?
