I can't launch Adobe XD

Hello, I installed Adobe XD for the first time a few minutes ago. After the installation, I only saw the white screen in the "Adobe XD" window and closed itself. What can I do? I have windows 10 May update (1903) with all updates and 8GB Ram.

right click the xd exe and click 'run as administrator'.  do not open via the cc app.

You can't run Adobe XD as administrator. There is no option to do that. Trying to run as Administrator on XD.exe gives a permission error.

You need a computer user profile with Admin level permissions.

If you're on Teams or Enterprise account, talk to your IT dept.

If you're on an individual account, exactly which error codes or messages are you seeing?

Hi Nancy OShea​​. Thanks for the reply. I am on a computer with admin rights. It is an individual account and launching XD just show me a white blank screen and then the window closes. There is no error message at all.

I am running Windows 10 Pro 64bit on a Dell Latitude XT3 laptop. I have checked my graphic cards and it is running the latest driver. So not sure why I am not able to get Adobe XD running on my computer.
