So I 've had Creative Cloud (all programs) for about 2+ years and it has worked 100%. Now I can't launch any of the programs except for Photoshop on my PC, however I can do it and it works on my Macbook Pro. I prefer to edit videos on my PC so I would like to get some help on how to solve this. When I click on, lets say, Premier Pro nothing happens, not even loading. I have not installed anything new on my PC or made any changes prior to this started happening. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi there,

This does not sound ideal. Have the applications worked fine before? Could you share your system info(OS version, RAM, GPU, etc)? Also, did you try the suggestion given by the expert above?

Let us know. We're here to help.
