I can't upload my files to my creative cloud.

Dear,

I can't upload my files(photos) to my creative cloud, if the size of the files are bigger than 5 Mbytes.

There was no problem, when I tried in my country, Korea, two weeks ago.

But, I failed to upload in the United States. I'm on my business trip in the United States for a month.

I tried with my laptop on the Wi-Fi network in my hotel in San Jose, CA and I tried with my mobile phone on the AT&T LTE network also.

But all tries failed.

I can just upload my files the size of which are smaller than 5Mbytes.

Can I solve my problem?

My first guess would be that you have communication problems and that the service you use limits the data flow you are able to initiate.
