I am shopping in the South-East Asia store, and every time I try to checkout my products, it gives me this error:
Error:
We are currently unable to perform the selected action. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. We have been notified and are already working to correct this issue as quickly as possible. Please click your browser's back button and try this action at a later time, or take a different action.
Error Number: SYS_000001
I have tried two different browsers (Explorer and Firefox). I have logged in and logged out several times, and waited several hours. It seems there's nothing I can do.
I have seen several similar threads, none of which seem to have a solution.
Do I just wait, and try again, and wait, and try again, and repeat until I give up?
Hi kit_johnson,
It looks like a country mismatch error. I see there are two different countries associated with the same e-mail address.
Could you message me your current shipping and billing address so that I can fix the issue for you.
Alternatively, you may also contact the Adobe Support team here and it would be fixed.

Update: Three days later, and the problem remains.
I even downloaded a new browser (Chrome) and signed-up for a new Adobe ID. Same error message, so I can't believe this is only happening to me.
I have chatted to support, who gave me a phone number: 001 800 441 8813. I called that, and got through to SKF IT Service Desk. They couldn't help me with Adobe software. I went back to support, who gave me the same number. I called again, and got a different SKF IT Service Desk employee, who also said I had the wrong number. (I copied and pasted the number into Skype, so there were no dialing errors.)
So now I have two problems: Why can't I buy anything from the Adobe website, and why is the number wrong, when it's clearly posted on many Adobe websites as the correct number? Do SKF IT Service Desk have anything to do with Adobe?

Dear Ani,
Thanks very much for your email.
I created a new account with a different email address, and at first I
had the same error. However, the next day I tried again and it worked.
I finally now own CS6, and am very happy with it.
Let's hope that when I try to buy Lightroom 5 that it will work first time!
Best regards
Kit
