Windows 11 Photoshop CS6
i deactivated on old PC
Every time I start CS6 on new Win11 PC, I get a screen asking me to license the software. I do this every time, but it always fails because the browser doesn't pass the sign-in information to the PC program (unlike two weeks ago, when it worked perfectly). Instead of the sign-in screen disappearing, another sign-in prompt appears.
I also tried it offline, as recommended in the forum (starting Photoshop on my PC offline). I enter the serial number, but after that, the sign-in screen reappears every time I start Photoshop, even though I'm already logged in. The sign-in still doesn't transfer the successful sign in after the offline attempt.
Every time, I get the sign-in prompt and a message saying Photoshop won't work if I don't log in. But when I do, the sign reappears.
Support hasn't been able to help for two weeks. This is a nightmare.

What exaxtly do you mean? What do you think I should do, which "security" should I turn off in Win11?
Does it really make sense, because nothing changed on my system at all after I signed in successfilly last time. 2 weeks ago security software was not a problem at all.
This is what happened about 2 weeks ago:
I had to check on my old PC which characters I was using in a psd, so I deactivated and signed in on the old PC. After that I deativeted on the old PC and wanted to activate an the new PC again, like I did before.
Only this time after I signed in successfully the screen on the Photoshop program didnt disappear as before and was free to use the program, bit I got a new screen which wanted me to sign in again, although I was already logged in.
Because the screen changed means that the communication between brwoser login and Photoshop program worked. So I dont think it has to do with any security settings.
Adobe just doesnt send the right signal to the program so it is not unlocked although I signed in successfully.

You get a screen with an adress you paste in the browser, there you sogn in, no matter if you are already signed in. Then you confirm the code, enter the password and the brwoser says you signed in successfully. At the same time the Photoshop screen gets unlocked and everything is fine.
This does not work anymore, instead of unlocking the program, you gez a new sign to sign in, although you are already signed in.

something is blocking your sign in being conveyed to adobe.

No. Please read what I wrote. Adobe gets thw signal, nothing is blocked. Adobe just send the wrong signal wo Photoshop is not unlocked.
I seems like they lock out customers on purpose, since wuddenly they dont send the unlock signal, no matter what you do.
It feels like theft: I purchased the software, paid for it and Adobe steals it from me. And since 2 weeks there is no solution.
Although I contacted them daily, because I need to finish a job.

very few users that have an activation slot have this problem. but if you are convinced the problem is in adobe's end there's nothing more for you to do.

This is a malfunction and it needs to be analysed.
Many users have problems like this, there are many unsolved threads that get marked as solved, although they are not.
Other campanies try to solve malfunctions, Adobe apparently not at all, as you can see here.

adobe doesn't support any of its software more then 2 versions old. ie, if you're looking for legacy support, adobe doesn't meet your specs.

Are you part of the official support team of Adobe? Do you get paid by Adobe?
This is not even about support, it is about a malfunction.
It is in the interest of Adobe to resolve this.
And of course in the interest of all CS6 users, because they might be affected too.
That is usually what a forum is for.
Expressing that you are not willing to help in a forum that is supposed to help is beyond words.
If someone else reads this: Please help. Thank you in advance.

i am recognized by adobe for having expertise in certain areas related to adobe products and their functioning (or lack thereof).
i am not an employee of adobe and i do not receive cash from adobe.
again, adobe is not going to resolve anything related to its legacy products in the near future. and i'm not sure why you've concluded i won't help. i've done nothing but help and answer your questions here.

Nothing has been solved since 2 weeks, Adobes "support" is a scam. Worst of all comapnies I ever had to deal with.

adobe explicitly states they support only the current and one previous version. ie, their support may disappoint you, but it's not a scam.
