Apologies if this isn't the right place to post the topic; I couldn't see a more suitable one.
I got an email yesterday to say that I'd cancelled my Creative Cloud Photography plan and that I was being refunded my money. I thought it was a scam at first, because I didn't put in the request. I checked my PayPal, and I had indeed been refunded that month's subscription. I contacted Adobe Support, but they were useless and wouldn't give me any details on the transaction. Their attitude was: "Well, you DID cancel it".
It isn't a huge problem, because I haven't really been using Photoshop enough lately to warrant the £10 a month, plus I can always rejoin when I need it. I'm more unsettled by the possibility of somebody having hacked my account, although why do that to cancel my plan? Was it to get payment details? I do the subscription through PayPal. I've changed my passwords on both the Adobe and PayPal sites. Wondering if I need to do more to protect myself.
Has anyone had something strange like this happen to them before? Or any theories how else this could have happened? My payment card is going to expire next month. Could this have been the problem?

changing your passwords is enough unless a device you use is hacked.

Just for thinking: Nobody hacks your PC to cancel your Photography plan. They would indeed keep quiet and use the information they can get to make a bigger impact.
