I want to buy a (one-time) monthly plan of Premiere Pro but when I go to the checkout the system
tells me that I already have a license in my account..... which is not the case.
I have the photography plan and in the past I bought a couple of times a monthly license of Premiere Pro, which
I now want to do again.
Why can't I?
In my account information I only see the Photography plan, nothing related to Premiere Pro.
Any ideas? I really don't want to create another Adobe account for each purchase I want to do.
I tried the "Adobe Customer Care assistent" but completely useless.
Thanks,
Rob Janssen.
I finally managed to be in contact with a person who could help. It appeared that there were some cancelled licenses from the past still floating around in their system that prohibited the purchase of a new one. Once they removed these cancelled licenses I could buy a new one.
